A faith-driven Childbirth Educator and a mother who understands the beauty and challenges of pregnancy and birth firsthand.

My desire to educate and empower women through childbirth education was born out of my own experience. During my first pregnancy, I took a childbirth preparation class offered by the hospital where I planned to deliver. Unfortunately, it was little more than a tour, providing minimal information about the stages of labor, comfort measures, or the incredible design of a woman’s body. I left feeling discouraged and burdened with the task of researching everything on my own. But in that search, I discovered something beautiful—the way God intricately designed women. Through the lens of physiological birth, I came to understand that we are not only created but fully equipped to give birth.

Having gone through the transformative journey of childbirth three times, I know how powerful it can be when we embrace both the physical and spiritual aspects of bringing new life into the world. I deeply believe that by educating yourself and inviting God into your birth experience, you can discover strength, peace, and a profound sense of purpose as you step into motherhood.
