Abundant Life Birth is a faith-based childbirth education company dedicated to helping mothers and families prepare for birth with confidence, knowledge, and spiritual support. We offer an online course, virtual group classes, in-person classes, and one-on-one classes, all rooted in evidence-based information and Christ-centered principles.

Childbirth education classes are sometimes eligible for reimbursement through insurance, HSA, or FSA accounts. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if they cover childbirth education under preventive care benefits. Upon request, we can provide a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.

Our classes are for expecting mothers and their birth partners who desire a supportive, faith-based, and evidence-informed birth preparation experience. Whether you are a first-time mom or planning your second (or fifth!) birth, our resources are designed to empower you.

Hospital classes are often limited to medical procedures and policies specific to that facility. While helpful, they tend to focus on what might go wrong rather than equipping you with the tools to trust your body and navigate birth with confidence.

At Abundant Life Birth, our classes are holistic and Christ-centered. We focus on what’s right with your body, how God designed birth, and how to advocate for the experience you desire. Whether at home, a birth center, or the hospital, you'll walk away empowered, educated, and spiritually grounded.

Ideally, you should begin between 28–32 weeks of pregnancy, giving you enough time to absorb the material, practice techniques, and build confidence before labor. However, it’s never too late to prepare. If you're closer to your due date, reach out and we'll help you get started quickly!

Absolutely. We support all birth choices! Whether you plan a medicated birth, a cesarean, a VBAC, or an unmedicated birth. Our goal is to equip you with tools, understanding, and spiritual preparation for whatever path your birth takes.

This class is firmly grounded in Christian faith, values, and morals. We do not incorporate new age practices or hypnobirthing techniques. Instead, we honor God's intentional design for women and trust in the way He has equipped the female body for birth. Our approach upholds the dignity of motherhood and reflects a deep reverence for God’s wisdom in creating and sustaining life.
